    Default Leachie price...

I might be getting my first leachie from a guy I found locally. He is asking $300 for a Nuu Ana x Island E leachie...The gecko is 12 grams and is unsexed..Do you think this is a fair price if the gecko is completely healthy when I check it out. I have not really looked into leachie's that much because I could never afford them but I found this one locally and I thought it was a fair price. What do you guys think?

That's about what I paid for the same cross. Who are you looking to get it from? I always thought the prices were too steep so I decided on a cross.

I paid $500 for my Nu ana x Nu ami leachie and she was only 10 grams and 4 months old, I would say that is a fantastic price you are being offered. I would scoop babies up in a heart beat at the price if those were the prices here lol!!

Yea thank you I totally agree Tiki....I'm trying to bargain with they guy a bit but if worst comes to worst ill take it for $300. I'm trying to read all I can about them. The one thing i've noticed thats a bit different between there care and cresteds care is that they need a bit more humidity. Is this true? Any other differences in care I should be aware of?

    Thanks

I got this little one from John Woodward here from Pangea. It's unsexed and about 7 grams.

Very nice, thanks for the pic...Is it true they don't get there true colors until there adults? Also how long does it take them to mature? If i remember correctly 2-3 years? Sorry for all the questions i'm just very curious after I read 2 or 3 good care sheets.

I've read that these guys are slow growers. I'm not sure how long it takes. It should be fun watching it grow and change. I just love the little thing!

I was so happy when he started to get some color. I was like, "Yay! he finally looks like a leachie!"
