Default My Fatty Gehyra, Marginata, Banana Gecko, etc. etc.

These guys have many names, I wish they could just stick to one, it's so confuzzling! Anyways I'd like to show some pics of mah boy. Contrary to popular belief this one is very calm, I picked him up over the summer at the White Plains Expo from Leapin' Leachies. He eats dubia roaches out of my hands, so I think I trained him to associate human interaction with food, simple enough/common sense tells you that got him used to me. He'll chill and sit on my arm or shoulder for hours instead of spazzing.
Here be the pics of my fatty boy, he's quite the porker (eats like 10 good sized dubia roaches 3 x's a week and CGD, as u can see he haz massive appetite it shows):

EDIT: Forgot to add, doesn't their lack of a defined neck kind of remind you of homer simpson?? LOL! They're so unique and goofy and dopey looking~ I'll never tire of these geckos, just awesome, and their claws are just radical!!!

This is a little older pic I think I posted before of him just hangin' loose in his enclosure, but I'll share it again, it's too cute:

Right now he's 65 grams and still a'growin strong....oh and a'derr...9" long tail included. I don't like snout-vent measurements because I don't think it truly represents the size of a gecko/lizard, methinks the tail is the most important part of the deal

I can just visualize him because he is the exact size of my largest garg; except my garg's claws looks nothing like your boys...especially in that last photo. They are an interesting species and can't wait til I can get mine so I can get all the first hand experience that you, Ashley, Joe and the others are getting from them...but soon I will.

Yes they are an absolutely amazingly different species of gecko to observe and handle....completely unlike the poor man's leachie they are labeled as such...their claws are unreal and unlike anything I've ever seen on any animal before, it's like they don't even belong on there, it's like they were glued on or something...you'll have to just own one to see exactly what I mean.
