Default $1 a gallon sale is back

Petco is having the $1 a gallon sale again until the 18th or while supplies last again.

Started yesterday. Bought me a 40 gallon. If I had room in storage, I would have bought more.

People on frog forum were talking about it coming back weeks whiz yet when I started calling around, Petco had no clue. Wonder how they knew.

Still deciding if i should get a 40 or a 55. But a $1 a gallon cant beat that price.

I debated, but I like the width of the 40 over that of the 55. I wish they carried 65 gallon tanks. I would have gotten one of those. They're ling and wide. I just have trouble decorating thin tanks. There aren't many decor pieces for thin tanks.

Can someone post one of there glass tanks so I can see how they look all set up? Also, are they sturdy when they are on their side like that? Do you put locks on the screen tops to keep it shut? I was thinking about buying one while the sale is going on but I'm not quite sure how to set it up best. What are the pros and cons with theses tanks? I know the price is definitely a big pro!
