I'm so sorry to hear about this Jen. It's a terrible thing to happen, and I don't know what I would do if we lost any of ours. Hang in there.

I'm sooo sorry to hear about Scooby!!!

And... as creepy as this sounds, I'm relieved that Scooby gets to stay longer in my refridgerator.
Don't feel bad about that...My mom kept her dog in the freezer in her garage for like three months. Until she decided I was finally allowed to bury him.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine how it must feel to lose something that you've cared so much for. I'm always worried about losing one of my boys. Be strong and hang in there.

I wish that there was something I could say or do to make things better for you, but I don't think there really is anything. I'm wishing you the best in your situation and I hope things improve.

I understand how you feel about your baby being in the freezer. I had to spend a whole winter with one in the freezer in a brown paper bag, and every time I went to get a steak or chicken out of the freezer I had to see that bag and of course it made me think about what was in there and how it got there. Really a bummer.
I gave my geckos up... but I want to come back :c

So sorry this happened. I know what you are going through. We lost one of our snakes last weekend. These things happen and sometimes we never know why. But like you said, you need to be sure the rest of your babies are okay! Hope all goes well!

im is so horrible. im so sorry this happened to you! i hope you can get a necropsy done on him. when my boa died his vet did the necropsy for free since the death was unknown and he wanted to go in to look since he didnt see too many snakes that large. he found out that he had twisted his colon and couldnt pass stool he had reptured his colon. but we ended up sending Squeeze- the boa to a school for veterinary medicine so the students could learn hands on and get a better look. it was hard to send him knowing they would be cutting him apart, but knowing it could help the future vets know more about the species made me feel better. maybe you and scooby can do something like that.
