Default Deformed baby hatches on it's own. (graphic)

This little guy/gal hatched tonight. The clutchmate is normal without defects but as you can tell this one had issues. There are two tongues in the mouth, one eye did not form all the way and is tucked into the head, and the jaw started to split but did not fully split. The rest of the body appears to be in good condition and the little one is jumping and breathing normally. This is the 11th clutch from this particular female that has hatched here and all of the other babies have been defect free.

There are two nostrils, they are just not quite in the spot you are used to looking for them. Look at the right and left side shots and you can see each one.

Wow, that is kind of shocking. I wonder what went wrong.

It really looks like it tried to split and be twins but failed. One tongue looks to be mostly useless because it is stuck sticking out but the other tongue seems to work just fine. I was thinking of putting it down, but the more I watch it move around the more I think it might actually live. I guess I have to wait and see how the first shed goes, then see if it can eat.

Poor little bugger, looks like it would have been adorable otherwise.

After watching it for a while I noticed both tongues work, its fascinating to me really. It does have something jutting up from the inside of the bottom of its mouth, almost like a divider but it does not extend to the top of the mouth. It is jumping around like normal though and seems to be breathing fine still too.

Interesting little baby. Is he missing some toes here and there as well?
It will be interesting as well to watch how he progresses.
    Good luck with him Ryan.

Holy crap, I was so busy looking at his train wreck of a face I missed the toes. It's missing a toe on every single foot.
I am serious though, its walking and jumping normal, even got pissy with me and threw a threat pose with a gaping mouth telling me to stop staring.
