Default Ever So Slightly Spine Raised

So I just bought a new Female Crested Gecko, (aphrodite) She seems to be in very good heath, she weighs 35 grams. Though Her spine is slightly raised, not in a MBD type of way but almost like she needs a little bit more weight. But she's pretty chunky. So I am a little confused. You Can see it in this picture. Like I said it's not bad, but it just concerns me a little

    I dunno...

Can you feel the spine there or is it a trick of the light? Many of my geckos have a line there as part of their markings...

I agree. I'm curious if you can feel the spine as well.

Check out the lines on this one

It's not his spine.. its just part of his markings. it's really weird.

I can usually see the spines of my most slender to my most chunky geckos when they bend over like that. I don't think you have anything to worry about unless you can easily see the spine when the gecko is slightly bending backwards or sitting flat on a surface.
If anything, it might be the picture but the base of the tail looks a little tilted, like the gecko has floppy tail?
Otherwise the spine seems fine, but more pictures of the gecko when it isn't bending over might help.

It's not a trick of the light, it's actually really hard to see it and get a picture of it. I can feel it. Remember it is pretty slight but even when she is flat I can kinda feel it. Her tail isn't curved that's just her trying to wrap her tail around my hand. I just hope it's nothing bad.

I have a female that has the same thing, but she's healthy and lays beautiful eggs. As long as she's eating, pooping, and is healthy, I don't think its anything to worry about. I just figure some have different body builds, like people!
