    Default Interesting New Hatchling

    Had this lil guy hatch out 6-21-10. It's really small but has the most unique coloring I've seen in all the hatchlings I've had come out. I hope this one thrives despite its small size!

    These photos capture his/her colors best... Lots of white speckling

    now the fun part is to wait until the first shed, sometimes they can end up looking completely different!

    I had one late last year that looked really, really dark like that at birth and I wondered if it would have a different coloration as it grew, but it ended up looking pretty much like all its siblings.

    This is what actually before when I couldn't really tell why it looked so different. Once the baby fired down it was very translucent which is when I realized just how cool he/she was!
