Hello, here's my two cents on feeding the geckos. I hope it helps.

I have a juvi and a baby and I use little water bottle caps. These are much smaller than Gatorade bottle caps so you'll be wasting a lot less cgd.

I always make my food fresh! What I do is I mix as much as I need for a single feeding in a little plastic bowl using very tiny amounts of cgd. I don't measure it. Just throw in a little powder, spray it with a water bottle, mix to the right consistency, and serve! Works every time!

A little tip: I use a thick craft needle to mix and wipe the sides of the bowl when pouring it into the bottle caps. I've used q-tips (after removing the cotton) which works well for this too.

Also, the plastic bowl I use to mix the cgd I got from the tiny apple sauce cups, pudding, etc.
