    His tail is kinked, MBD I would assume. I would start offering CGD everyday and maybe seperate the two gecko (if they are living together).

    I don't think he is extremely underweight, actually I think he is fine. He does have a kinked tail, but it could be genetic.
    You could try offering him a little bit more of calcium with d3.

    Agreed, He looks like normal male, they just tend to be skinny when you compare them to a happy female. Girls just tend to be more humm, fullfigured, okay chubby, I have only had one male that was not slim, specially when they are with a girl.
