    Default What to Feed Crickets???

Hey, is it ok to feed crickets CGD? Or is there another thing to feed them. I really don't want to go out and by cricket food. I just want it to be easy and healthy for my geckos too. Any household thing that would be better?

yeah I'd stay away from citrus, stick with cgd, it has perfect amounts of all the vitamins and minerals they need. oh yeah, still make sure to dust even if gutloaded

I gutload my crickets with chicken laying mash and fresh vegetables. Feeding them CGD isn't very economical for me and 100# of laying mash was about $20. This should last me around a year or so...
