Sweetums and BooBoo
They don't have eyelids! They just narrow their pupil to a slit and their eyes kinda sink into their head a bit.
I didn't know this either when I was new to geckos. There's lots of weird stuff you'll find out about the little guys.

YA its pretty crazy they have no eyelids and just a clear membrane over their eye that they keep clean with their tongue!
