    If your good with it being more stationary go with wood
    Your home depot or lowes could rip you some nice squares for the actual shelfs then just get a bunch of 2x4's
    Probably end up being 50 and you would need miter saw + drill

    Homedepot and lows also have all kinds of closet storage or garage storage wire type deals that would be fairly inexpensive

    Check out walmarts website also they have a lot of shelving units from wood to plastic and they can have it delievered to your nearest walmart.
