    Default Question about Garg's tails

This might be obvious but do garg's have the sticky pad on the end of their tail that cresteds do? Nexus is so tiny that I can't reallt tell. But he doesn't use it very much except to catch him if jumps too far. But its almost like he is gripping with it instead of sticking. And I can't feel anything like I can on my cresteds. lol I don't know maybe this is a stupid question, but I was just curious.

Yeah there is but it's very small. About 1/3 the size of a crested and not as functional.:smile2:

Yep, it's present, but just like was said above, it's smaller than the pad of crested geckos. In my experience gargoyles tend to use their tails as clinging tools more often than cresteds. They will often wrap their entire tail around any object, much like a snake wraps its body around in order to support itself.

Thanks guys I noticed he tends to hang almost oppossum-like by his tail rather than sticking like my cresteds do, so that makes sense.
