    Default CGD good for Dubias?

I'm ordering in some Dubia Roaches and was wondering if I could use CGD as roach food. I know there are roach feeds out there but many contain cat food, dog food, etc. which I wouldn't want in my crested geckos. I'm ordering from Blaptica Dubia and I've heard they have great quality/service. It seems like the dubia need more protein and less fat than anything. Any suggestions on homemade roach feeds? I really hope they can eat CGD, I have lots of that and there's a ton of good stuff in it. Thanks!

haha I see, well I think latteralis don't need as much protein as dubias but I'll sure try it out. Thanks for the input, those lats are so fast! How do you deal with them?

Well thankfully when you dust them it slows them down a bit, and most of my geckos eat outside of their encolsure in a feeding container

One more question, do you guys feed the CGD as a powder? Or do you feed it mixed with water?
