Again one bad apple is going to ruin them all. I dont think that small lizards, geckos etc and small snakes are going to be outlawed. But in some states and certain areas especially Florida it will soon be illegal to own large constrictors, alligators, Caimen, etc. I know with all the news about future reptile bans I certainly agree that nobody needs to own alligators, bigger Pythons, bigger Boas, Anacondas. Honestly here, what is someone gonna do with a 16ft burmese python? Why do people even sell them? You sure as hell are not gonna be able to pick that thing up on your own, let alone defend yourself if it decides to get angry with you.

All in all should they ban all non native species HELL no! But I do think they should ban the bigger constrictors for sure, or at least own a permit and or have a license to do so. With that being said before the Senate gets there panties all up there asses, they should being worrying about the cat and dog population. Making spaid and nueturing a must to own a animal unless you're a licensed breeder. More people are attacked by pissed off dogs in this country then all reptile attacks period. I think the Senate should do something about this before they go throwing sticks into the reptile community.:arghh:
