    That looks like a species of chinese cave gecko!?
    Can you get a top down pic of it?

    It looks like the "Black Pearl" leopard gecko that www.theurbangecko.com are now producing

    Looks like a Goniurosaurus sp. (cave gecko) to me too...possibly G.hainanensis. A top down shot of its stripes would help....4 stripes would be hainanensis or lichtenfelderi, 5 would be luii...those are the most common ones to be found.

    that is by no means a black leopard gecko you would know if you have one of those as you would be paying an arm and a leg for it. I say it is a cave gecko also.

    It's not the black pearl or black vevlet. It's not even a leopard gecko. Look at the tail and the boby, not the same.

    Goniurosaurus hainanensis

    Four yellow stripes on the back, not five (G. luii has five.) Also, it has darker red eyes than a G. luii, which often have green or pink eyes. No way it is a G. lichtenfelderi, they are extremely rare.
