    How long did it take for your crestie to eat crix Tekken wont touch them?

    It took my youngest ones (1 to 2 months) a few tries a few days apart to catch on that the crickets were ok and something good to eat. Not sure if it was because they were not used to the crickets, or is just took that week or so to settle into their new surroundings

    Im going to give Tekken a couple of days before i try again just to let him settel in.

    It took Keegan around a week or so to start eating crickets. It caught the cricket on its first try. I beleve it was mainly just settling in. Now mine is a cricket assasin. It goes to the highest stick and ambushes the crickets. If that doesen't work he runs all around the cage until he catches them.

    It takes my newborns around a month to start eating them.

    just remember not to keep the crickets with the gekos in the cage if they crickets are not eating them. crickets are know to .. bite and also the movements of the crickets may stress out the gecko. u can try other feeder insects with more nutritional value. or just wait it out and see. im sure they love them[/list]
