    Default B. Dubia Roaches

For all of you that keep a colony of Dubia Roaches what do you feed them for their protein. There are so many different opinions and I just wanted to get some more opinions from pangea.

I'm not a huge fan of those roaches honestly, but they're pretty easy to keep. For Water, You can get that Yellow stuff that Flukers makes for Crickets....Works pretty well, I also feed mine the High protien stuff and gutload...Seemed to keep them alive long enough for either one of my larger Centipedes or Tarantulas to take down
