    Default nice tank setup

    im geting 2 crested geckos in a 40 gal tank and want to make it nice 4 them...i know they will need stuff to climb and i want to put shelfes up in the tank but give it a nice natral look and ideas

    i am just starting to get into gecko and wanted to some good spots on the web 4 info tank supplies and crested gecko(trusted breeders)

    are you going planted or fake plants? try using search i think there should be some helpful threads

    You should really title your threads more appropriately, for instance with the title "nice tank setup" it seems like it would be you showing us your setup, not that you need advice on creating one. Try something like "Tank Setup Ideas Wanted".

    I would be putting it on it's end for one. Then you could search on Great Stuff for the method to make shelves etc. Otherwise you could likely get suction cup ledges like the ones for turtles.

    Use reptivines, wood pieces etc, I prefer real plants and maybe a suction cup one way up high (like the ficus one).

    Cool ideas can be found on dendroboard, theplantedtank.net, vivariaforums, and dartden (though most aren't crested-specific they still are appropriate)

    There’s a pretty extensive post on this subject in the housing sub-forum. I would suggest looking there for a bit. This is a photo of one I have set up. You can see more of it under the housing section on my site. (I cant figure out how to shrink the images right now)
