Most of the nymphs I sell are going to be $10 each & more for a pair.

I mated my Phyllovates chlorophaea Yesterday. The very next day the female laid an ootheca.

So the female mantis I found outside last month unfortunately passed away the other night, but a few days before that left me a little surprise. She laid an ootheca in the upper part of her enclosure and I was rather excited since I'll have another generation of mantids from the same ones I let loose this last spring. I didn't know she was going to pop out eggs on me but it was exciting to see. I know they don't live for very long and she probably would have died earlier if I hadn't taken her in from the cold, but I kinda miss her, she was an interesting little bug. Can't wait to see her babies hatch next year though!

    Mandy, Congratulations!

Yesterday I had unicorn mantis hatch out. I would say 60 or 80 hatch out. If you anybody would like to own this species, Just let me know.
