Default New pics of the babies from last night

They seem to be doing great as of this morning and afternoon. They're probably getting annoyed with all my peeking in there to see if they're still ok. I'm trying not to bother them too much, but did take a few low stress pics in the cage a little while ago.

They've been dubbed babies A & B for now, name suggestions are welcome (starting with A & B) so if something jumps out in your mind, feel free to suggest it!

    Here's baby A:

    And baby B:

And the two of them together. A is already out and moving around, climbing on the glass a lot more. So far B seems to like being hunkered down in the plant. Just different temperments or should I be concerned about B? S/he jumps around if handled, but I haven't seen him climb around the glass much....

They have a little tiny shallow bowl of water, got misted last night, a few hours ago, and again tonight. Sound good? More - less of something?

When do you all start feeding the babies - ASAP?

Baby A is stunning, And B is a stunner as well. But A is going to be really nice when older. Keep on posting pic's!

    They are cuties!

I don't usually start foods until the 3rd day or so... more like the 5th or 7th, depending on hatchling. Get a little food on your finger tip and let them smell it/lick it off. I offer pinheads at day 7... 2 or 3, usually. I've never put a water dish in a hatchling's viv.. I just mist and keep an eye on their first couple of sheds... remove any lingering pieces to avoid lost toes or tail tip. You may even have to set them up in a "humidity cup" if the shed persists.

Baby B should be fine... just a little late to explore maybe.

    Thank you

The humidity in that room stays pretty high because there are so many reptiles and two large (75g and 55g) turtle aquariums. Hopefully shedding won't be an issue. Will definitely keep an eye on their toes though.

Not that I know of. How soon should they do that?

Yes, pinheads are crickets. They're itty bitty baby crickets.

Reverse the A and the B, so the redder one is A and the Yellow is B, then name them Apple and Bannana

It seems like I'm changing this every few days!
