Fed them last night and one of the three in the enclosure is about to lay. Treatment will start in a couple of days. Figured I'd share the picture since I was able to get a decent one.
I thought i would share some pics of my incubator and some of the eggs incubating.

Hello all

I thought i would share some pics of my incubator and some of the eggs incubating.

I use a minifridge incubator. The temp on the incubator itself is a little off. Experimenting with a thermometer in the boxes has the temp usually at about 76 on the top shelf + or - 2 degrees or so. The bottom shelf i find is usually about 73-75 a little cooler. A lot of people mention these incubators breaking down, mine has been going strong since february. There are plenty of cheaper minifridges that also heat and cool, but this is just about the only model i have found with a window.

Wish these eggs some luck becoming geckos,
Thanks for looking!

hello everyone. 2 days ago i had my first crested gecko egg hatch. i was so excited being my first baby. i put it in a critter keeper with a hide box, it got the shed off of its back and front right foot but not his back end or left foot. i waited until last night to feed him some CGD i put a small amount on his jaw and left hime alone. i mist 3 times a day as the critter keeper would dry out. the room it is in is about 74-80(on really hot days) during the day and about 65-70 at night. my girfriend went to mist this morning and found him on his back. she flipped him over and after that he was moving around fine as she says. i rushed home from work to get home and care for my baby, but when i arrived he had already passed away...R.I.P. lil baby. i performed an autopsy. i didnt find any discoloration, or CGD, or any superhatch whish i use as a incubator. i did find some almost crunchy looking yellow stuff and nothing else. i put him back together, wrapped him up in t.p like a mummy, and flushed him down the toilet. i do not want him to get dug up outside or eaten by flies in the trash inside... does anyone have any pointers for when the next baby comes out of its egg as i never want to bear that again. what do you guys do with your hatchling when they hatch? is there anything i did wrong? would force feeding have helped? did i give him to much or to little time before serving him food?

I feel like a thief. I'm not even kidding with you guys. I just had to steal my geckos children right out from under her, and my heart just sank. It's been about an hour and all I can think about is how she must feel right now. I have this feeling throughout me simular to going through a break up, or losing a loved one.

The part that kills me is that she started chirping like mad for about 15 minutes after I kidnapped her kids. She was looking for them. She probably hates me so much right now :( I bet she feels like the dad from that movie "Taken".

Anyone ever feel bad doing this?

At least the eggs look fertile, as this is her second clutch. The first were 2 duds.

I noticed my little guy had a little bit of a wavy tail :( I know this isn't good. It was just the bottom half inch of his tail (down by the tip). He's only 3 3/4 inches long and weighs 3 grams. It wasn't like this yesterday, but when I took him out of his tank today, I noticed it.

I'm feeding him only CGD, but I don't think he's eating much. I've only found one tiny poo in the last week. He hasn't seemed to lose weight though, so maybe I am wrong. I put it in fresh every other day, and never notice any lick marks. While I was on vacation two weeks ago, my mom was hand feeding him by putting his little water bottle cap full of food on her hand and letting him eat from there.

His tank stays around 72-74 all day. The humidity has been fine too. He shed last night and had no stuck shed at all.

I don't know what is wrong! He's also never been able to stick to glass if that helps anyone. Please help me. To make it even worse, the nearest vet is over an hour away in a city I'm completely unfamiliar with (I just moved to college). ](*,)

I'll try to post pictures if I can get them, but he won't sit still :(

Sorry for rambling, but I'm really upset. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, and I really want to cry.

I have a cresty that was born about 4 days ago. Two days ago I noticed spots of stuck shed here and there on her but most of it was gone later that day. There is one tiny bit still on her knee that has been there for two days. It does not seem to be bothering her and I have been watching it carefully. Am I correct that it should come of with her next shed? Or should I sauna her and try to remove it. She is so young that I think getting her to sit still for the cue type will be a challenge.

The humidity of her kritter keeper is quit high so that is not an issue.

I would really appreciate some help.

I stumbled across these 3 geckos. Different times. The two boys are still too young to breed. Both weighing in at 26 and 28gr.
The female was bred already (not by me) and has finally quit laying eggs. She is and will for now remain by herself.

Red female more or less fired. Clean no spots.

Red male more and less fired. This boy has like 3 or 4 spots. Thats it!

Yellow male. Very clean and I think pretty nice crests?

What I am debating on is, to keep the yellow male and find a suitable female in the future or maybe attempt to pair the two red ones when the time is right! Any suggestions?

Today he crapper out a huge turd that looks like it was paper towel. He had a lot of trouble getting it out, and it took him awhile, and he ended up pulling it out using his mouth (smart but gross).

Will he be okay? Is there any risk of damage or anything? I wont put any live crickets in this cage anymore, ill put him in the small KK when I want to give him crickets from now on.
