John- ViolonCello

I decided to do a little profile like many of you have done because I know I like connecting everyone to a face. So here goes.

My name is John. I am 17 and currently am a Junior in H.S. My three main interests that I focus on are:
1. Animals
2. Music
3. Snowboarding (hoping to get more into it this upcoming season)

I plan on becoming a zoologist with music as a back-up choice(Any College Suggestions?lol)

Animal wise I have 2 german shepherd/lab mixes(mutts rock), 3 cats, 1 nanday conure, 1 lovebird, 1 box turtle(found at a car wash....too cold to release now.....tiny tiny baby w/ egg tooth), and the geckos of course.

I am very into music and I spend a lot of time playing. In school I am in wind enseble for french horn and cello for string ensemble. 1x a week after school i am in a youth orchestra on cello.

I have been working at a small Mom&Pop pet store for 4 years and i just started volunteering for an animal rescue.

Well that is an overview of me. Here are i couple pics of me i just took.......they are self taken bc i find myself taking the pics most of the time......digital cameras confuse my parents lol.

And yes......my eyes are 2 different shade of brown......i often get people staring at my eyes when im in a light place....lol.

Here are my dogs. The chihuahua is my grandmother's.

And out of my 3 cats, this is the one that I adopted, Smokey.........My parents named him that (I normally come up with more creative names :wink: )

hey John...nice eyes!! glad to put a face with a name now.... I also have a german shepherd ...she is pure breed and my mom and i are getting ready to breed her soon...i'll post pics of her on the animals thread. Good luck with the animal rescue, hope you enjoy it!!

Nice to see your profile and mugshot up on the forum. Congrats on the rescue work; I really want to do more of that in the future. Your dogs are cute; they look a lot like my parents' old dog.

Haha very funny. I looked it up. I have what is called "heterochromia." I'm suprised that i never looked into it.
