Dang, I LOVE those boas! How are the temperament wise and ease of care?

Thanks! Um.. as far as temperament goes, the are notoriously picky eaters, esp as neonates. When I got my first male [the darker of the 2 animals pictured] for the first year he was VERY nippy, but eventually calmed down. Other then that they are really great snakes, i totally love them, some of them CAN be picky, I have encountered that occasionally they might go off feed, because they want a mouse instead of a rat or something, but when they ARE eating, theyre like garbage disposals ;) caring for them is just as easy as any other boa, tho they are an ambush predator, and prefer to bury themselves under the substrate to make themselves feel secure, which can sometimes be a pain when you have a 7ft female who easily compacts all her substrate down haha. I definitely recommend these snakes.

Ours is the same way. She is as bad as a BP for going off feed. Now that she is older, it's not nearly so bad though. We need to pair her up soon. She's a big girl now!

Gorgeous snakes Tamara!
