Hey all,

I'm Kimmy, I'm 28 and I currently live in Williamston, MI. I'm owned by a dog, 2 cats, 2 cresteds and a fiance. ;)

The cresteds are my latest babies. Acquired from Matt at the Taylor, MI reptile show in July. I've always wanted a reptile of my own and I couldn't be happier.

So here is a mugshot of myself and Andy (fiance) taken at a friend's wedding:

Kia, my Siberian Husky/Austrailian Cattle Dog mix:

Zam, my calico cat:

And last but not least, Thing 1 and Thing 2.

Thank you for the warm welcome. :)

Kia definitely generates a lot of attention with that gaze of hers.

Zam is my wonderfully plush gal. She was a pregnant stray that I took in. She had a litter of three (including Logan). Very underweight but that's obviously not the case anymore.

Hey Melle, that's really cool! What vet do you go too? Kia and the kitties see Dr. Kuschel at the Williamston Animal Clinic.

I've only been to see Dr. Beasley at Cedar Creek Vet once. My first crestie, Syth, became ill and passed 4 days after seeing the vet. :( I miss that little guy.

I go to Dr. Beaseley and Dr. Nolan over at cedar creek. I love those guys! They are excellent with my reptiles. I had to put one of my leopard geckos throgh surgery for some dead fat pads (yes, thats right, a leopard gecko surgery :p ) and she recovered beautifully and quickly. This was last year.

Yep, Dr. Beaseley and his staff were very kind and understanding. I only had Syth for 4 months before he passed away. He developed an abcess which the vet and I agreed should be lanced. Syth died 4 days later. I think he may of been sick from the beginning but I'll never know. I got him from Petco.

Since I only had him a short time I questioned my ability to be able to keep a reptile. Thankfully my two Things are thriving. :) I love the little buggers.

why do you call them thing 1 and thing 2?
It's a Dr. Seuss reference. Plus, I want to give them masculine and feminine names, but since I don't know what sex they are, Thing 1 & Thing 2 work for now. :D
