Hello all I am earthpig23...aka Mike Scott. I have been keepng reptiles for many years but have been majorly addicted for over four years.

I have many diiferent snakes such as rainbow boas,ball pythons, and corn snakes to name a few.
As far as geckos I now have 13 cresteds and 3 gargoyles with babies on the way.
I met Matt at the tinley show last year. He is a pretty cool guy and I got along well with him right away. Now he is just another outlet for my reptile addiction thanks Matt.

Well nice to meet you Mike. :lol: Seriously, I have known Mike I guess for the last year. We met on another forum and have become friends, along with the rest of his family, as well as my own. Great guy and a ton of fun to hang out with. Mike, if you ever need anything, you know how to reach me. Peace.

I didn't know that was you "earthpig", anyway glad you joined. Thanks for saying such nice things about me and leaving out the parts about the "alcohol releated antics" we've grown accustomed to each year at the Tinley show!

Thanks yeah we do look alike and that probably why our kids look more like clones..lol

Poison Ivy what is real funny is that they look like clones. but one acts exactly like his mom and the other acts like me. My four year old is a lil metalhead as well and you should hear him sing. He wants to be a rock star when he grows up.

What is really wierd that I noticed. In that pick it does not show any of my 6 tattoos..well that will change as soon as my wife lets me break the no tattos on forearms rule. Wich wont be to tough :twisted:

You know I will def. stick around here man. Matt turned out a pretty nice forum group here.It is always great to meet someone with a like mind and always love discussing stuff with another thinker. BTW the name is Mike.

Decided to edit and add some info(longer post for those who care to read basics are above.)In case I post something and somone wonders What?

Okay earthpigs was the nickname of my squad in the army. We become well known and almost notorious. We were named best squad in the battalion. However we were true paratroopers. Work hard play hard. We would get into some trouble and even carried this stuffed pig with us all camo uped and everytime we deployed some thing got added. He even had is own parachute made from a flare. Higher ranking people hated it when we brang in on post runs.I served for years in the Army active duty and spent post of it in Alaska.
I was however sent to many places from there. Thailand,australia..an others.
I was bornin small town moved all over the country and than dettled down in back in that small town when I was 12.
I used to draw all the time and loved art,philosophy and challenges growing up. I am a big reader. I started reading actual books by age 4. IN highschool read shakespear for fun.
At age 15 met a man that changed my way of life. Leung Pai. I became a close door student and tarined very hard and traditionaly the ways of his families Shaolin Kung Fu. In 3 years I had earned the rank of Sifu(teacher) with the last six months prior to acheving the rank I practiced 8-10 hours daily. Family began to think I was obsessed but had to hurry teacher was leaving to return to his family in China.
Later at the age of 20 I went to the Actual Shaolin Temple itself and was certified by the Shaolin Temple seal itself as a Sifu. The test was pretty hard but worth it.
Now for something shocking. I was married at 17 to my wife April and 12 years later we are still married with two kids and a small Zoo. I would say we have broken so many statistical records it is unbelievable.
Now I am currently serving with a special operations Psyop tactile team with a reserve unit until April after that I am not sure what I will choose.
I am a certified adreniline Junky. I love jumping out of planes,wakeboarding, mosh pits and anything else that gives me a natural rush.
Love tatoos and the Zen that goes along with getting them.
And last but not least I am an absolute thinker. my brain narely shuts off to sleep. I will talk anyones ear off about Martial arts,reptiles,philosophy, or politics.
