Woo Hoo! I get to make the first food post!

Alright, just a question because I'm nosy. What and how do you like to feed your cresteds?

Mine are fed everyday and have an alternating diet of insects and liquid-diet. One day they get gut-loaded crix, the next day they get either Clark's powdered gecko diet or something I whip up for them in the kitchen. I love it that at least someone in the world appreciates my cooking. (Though I make a MEAN eggplant parmigiana! YUMMY!) :P

i like to mix bananna mango strawbery half a teaspoon of calsiuma nd a handfull of waxworm's in a blender. i give it to them twice a week. the rest of the days i give em crix.

Mmmm... I hope you use a different blender to make your smoothies in, or you may be getting more protein than you bargained for. Lol. :D Yummm...

I feed my cresteds everyother day an altenating deit of CGD, Babyfood (somtimes with CGD mixed in) and crickets but soon to be roaches.

My hatchlings I hand feed every day til they are around the 4 weeks of age (mango, pear, banana and yougurt mixed together), then I start introducing them to crickets alternating fruit and crickets. juveniles/breeders: I feed daily by alternating crickets one day, baby food the next.

Mmmm.... wax worm smoothies. Lol. :lol: I don't know if I could do it, though I did eat a superworm for $20 one time. (It's gross, don't do it!)

Lol. You bet. This guy walked into the pet store I was working at and dared me to eat it. After I ate that, he'd come in every week and dare me to eat something else. I got $20 for that superworm, $10 for a cricket, and $5 for brine shrimp. The price kept dropping once he found out that I wouldn't chicken out. Lol. Fear factor has nothing on me! :twisted: Though I don't think I could eat cow intestine... :shock: :shock: :shock:

I feed either meal worms/crickets or different flavored baby foods mixed with CGD. (I have no intention of completely switching over to CGD, I just like to mix it in) One night I'll feed meal worms or crickets, the next night baby food... I just keep alternating.

i dont know if this is true but my local reptile store told me that feeding mealworms to often could cause intestinal problems, and i should only feed them as treats.

I went to a expo an Armstrong Crickket Farm gave me choc. coated silkworms, crickets, and mealworms in a little bag. It was ok.

Then they gave me a lollipop with a cricket inside the cricket was good but I hated the lollipop. :P

Lol. Yup, my house is a zoo! Krunchy, my male veiled is so funny. He's antisocial, but calms down after about a minute. Unfortunately, he's got cancer and I don't know how long he's going to be with us. :cry: He still appears to not be suffering, so we'll keep him as happy as we can for as long as possible.

my turtles love cherry coke. They wiggle their heads when the carbonation gets in their eyes though! Wait what were we talking about now? oh i'm in 10 more bucks on the drinking a coke... your at 30, 40 now? not to shabby for a coke. If a turtle can, so can you!

PS.I do not recommend feeding turtles cherry coke in any way shape or form. Studies have proven that turtles, especially box, hands down prefer regular.

You give your turtles cherry coke? Lol. At least it isn't beer. My parents have a pug that loves beer. That dog is ridiculous and I swear he's going to get drunk one day. (Note to people: don't give your animals beer. Lol.)

LMBO!!! :lol: You'd have some great shots of me falling off of a table and yelling that I'm "THE QUEEN! THE QUEEN!" :P The worst was when I jumped off a roof onto a trampoline... shot off and smashed through a wooden fence. I wish I had gotten that on tape! And now we're going to watch...
