Lost my pretty cinnamon ball python last night. We have been battling an IR infection. Lots of help from a great reptile vet. but not good. Ceftazidime had not effect, a lung wash cultured 4 different bacteria, an additional two medications where needed. Sigh, it is really hard, she was slithering around when I gave her meds last night, which she has not done for a while, was done worrying about her, and started worrying about her mate with the same problem, but she died last night. She was such a lovely sweet girl. so gentle. Hope Blacky her mate makes it.
