Halp! I still can't tell if my darling Nibbins is a lady or a dude! Sometimes I think I see pores, other times I'm not sure, he also has a bit of a bulge but not a totally obvious one! Hatched the middle/end of August, he would be about 6 months old and weighed in at 15 grams over a month ago.

Here's the little guy. He has a bunch of multi-coloured scales on his bum area so I really can't tell!

And ... I'm sorry, but I don't see pores at all. Maybe it's just my tired eyes today though! :(
But I'm not seeing a huge buldge like my males have at that size, and I don't see glossy very visable pores either.

I can't tell either! With Cornelius I swore she was a boy until she laid eggs. Maybe I'll have to wait to see whether he/she lays eggs or not ever!

Yeah... well, I really don't see pores... on my males, that gram size, it's glossy pores that really shine when you loupe them and they have much large bulges then your Nibbler.

I'll go see if I can get a picture of a 15 gram male to show you the difference.

I can't see pores in either of those shots, but I see a bulge. Can you get some pics that aren't as "washed out" yet still really close up like that?

Am I the only one that sees pores? With the bulge too I'd say male.

Pretty large bulge for a female that age, but I blew the photo up 200% and could not see pores.

I've been trying but just can't seem to get a clear shot of his bum! He knows what I'm doing and he runs and hides!

I don't see pores but I see a very large bulge. Maybe some better pix will tell us for sure.
